Realoptix provides property media and marketing services including, but not limited to:
* Property photography
* Videography
* Drone content
* Floor plans
* Social media content
* Virtual tours
* Virtual staging
* Marketing consultation and related services
Service availability may vary depending on package selection, location, scheduling, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

3. Booking & Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, the client confirms that:
* They have permission to arrange media services for the property
* The property will be suitably prepared and accessible at the agreed time
* Any occupants, pets, or access restrictions have been managed appropriately
* Accurate property and listing information has been provided
Realoptix reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if a property is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, unprepared, or unsuitable for filming or photography.

4. Payment Terms
New Clients
Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Realoptix reserves the right to withhold final delivery of media until payment has been received in full.

Repeat Clients
Approved repeat clients may be placed on monthly consolidated invoicing terms.
Invoices are typically issued on the last working day of each month and are payable within 7 days.
Realoptix reserves the right to revoke monthly invoicing privileges at any time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
If adverse weather conditions impact drone operations, exterior photography, or other services, Realoptix may reschedule or modify the shoot where appropriate.
We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes are typically 24–48 hours from the completion of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, workload, technical issues, or unforeseen delays.

7. Revisions
Unlimited reasonable revisions are included where appropriate.
However, Realoptix reserves the right to charge additional fees for excessive, repetitive, unreasonable, or materially different revision requests beyond the original agreed scope of work.

8. Copyright & Usage Rights
All media produced by Realoptix remains the intellectual property and copyright of REALOPTIX LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a broad non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content for:
* Property marketing
* Social media
* Advertising
* Website usage
* Promotional purposes related to the marketed property or agency
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the media to third parties without written permission.
Realoptix reserves the right to use any produced content for portfolio purposes, social media, marketing, advertising, awards, and promotional use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Drone Operations
All drone services are subject to:
* Weather conditions
* Airspace restrictions
* Legal and regulatory requirements
* Safety assessments
Realoptix reserves the right to cancel or modify drone operations where required for legal or safety reasons.
No guarantee is made that drone content can be captured at every property.

10. Liability Limitations
While Realoptix aims to provide high-quality services at all times, we shall not be held liable for:
* Inaccurate property information supplied by the client
* Market performance or property sale outcomes
* Indirect or consequential business losses
* Delays caused by weather, access restrictions, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control
* Minor variations in lighting, colour, weather, or environmental conditions
* Third-party platform performance, compression, or algorithmic reach
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered content prior to publication or distribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realoptix’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

11. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once work has been completed and delivered.
However, in cases of non-delivery or where content quality issues are deemed reasonable and substantial, Realoptix may offer partial refunds, revisions, or alternative resolutions at our discretion.

12. Free Welcome Shoot Offer
The Free Welcome Shoot offer is:
* Limited to one per agency
* Subject to approval and availability
* Non-transferable
* Has no cash value
* Available only within selected service areas
* Only available for properties with up to 4 bedrooms
* Only Available for properties up to 2,500sq ft
* Provided with no obligation to purchase additional services
Realoptix reserves the right to modify, refuse, or withdraw the offer at any time.

13. Website Usage
Users of our website agree not to:
* Misuse the website or its content
* Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
* Copy or reproduce website content without permission
* Use the website for unlawful purposes
