We are based in the Midlands and primarily cover Coventry and surrounding areas such as Birmingham, Leicester, Rugby Tamworth, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, etc. For larger projects or repeat clients, we may travel further depending on availability.
All content is typically delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Larger or more complex projects may take slightly longer, but we always aim for fast turnaround without compromising quality.
We don’t just take photos — we create full listing campaigns. Every shoot is planned to help estate agents attract attention, generate enquiries, and win more instructions, not just produce listing images.
Yes — properties should be clean, tidy, and ready for marketing. We recommend decluttering surfaces, making beds, and ensuring good natural light where possible. We’ll guide you if needed.
For exterior photography and drone work, we may reschedule if weather conditions are unsuitable. We will always aim to find the earliest alternative date.
Yes. You can select from our packages and add-ons to tailor the shoot to your needs. We also help advise what will work best for your property type.
You receive a full usage licence to use all delivered content for marketing, advertising, and property promotion. Realoptix retains copyright and may use selected content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
We include reasonable revisions where needed. Our goal is always to ensure the final content is suitable for marketing your property effectively.
Yes, drone content is available where legally permitted and weather conditions allow. All drone work is subject to airspace regulations and safety requirements.
The free shoot allows eligible estate agents to experience our service first-hand. It includes a selection of core media and is subject to approval, availability, and location. You can see all the details by clicking here
No. There is no obligation to continue. However, many agencies choose to work with us after seeing the results.
New clients are invoiced upon delivery with payment due within 48 hours. Repeat clients may be offered monthly invoicing terms subject to approval.
